Re: 23mm F2 vs 35mm F2. In reply to Chaidez • Jul 9, 2021. 1. IMO the 23/2 would better general compliment your 50/2. 35mm is kind of close to your 50mm. Robmas4229's gear list: Fujifilm X-E3 Fujifilm X-T3 Fujifilm X-T30 II Samyang 12mm F2.0 NCS CS Fujifilm XF 70-300 F4-5.6 R LM OIS WR +4 more.

Digital Camera World Verdict. The Fujinon XF35mmF2 R WR review might be overshadowed by the newer and faster Fujinon XF 33mm f/1.4 R LM WR, but it’s half the size, half the price and, unless you really do need to shoot at f/1.4, it’s just as good. With its classy metal construction, click-stop aperture ring, and smooth focus ring, it’s

Fujifilm has a couple of 35mm F2 lenses for lighter carry—the XC 35mm F2 ($199.99) is a bargain and the XF 35mm F2 R WR ($399.99) uses the same optical formula and includes weather protection

The XF 23mm f2 R WR, XF 35mm f2 R WR, XF 50mm f2 R WR and the slightly dimmer XF 16mm f2.8 R WR make a fantastic four, but if I had to choose just one, then the XF 35mm f2 R WR with its approximately 50mm coverage makes a great standard lens – it’s the no-brainer for Fujifilm owners. If you want lenses with brighter apertures and arguably
Fujinon XF 27mm f/2.8 R WR. bigger. Fujinon XF 27mm f/2.8 R WR. bigger. For such a tiny lens, it handles great. Both the focus and aperture rings are easy to turn with a fingertip, and clever design keeps my big American fingers from interfering with each other.
While all three produce bokeh balls with a cat’s eye shape at their fastest apertures, the 56mm’s are much larger due to its very fast f/1.2 aperture. At f/2.8, on the other hand, those of the 56mm (and to some extent the 60mm) assume the shape of the aperture whereas the 50mm’s remain very round. 50mm at f/2. 56mm at f/1.2.

Fujifilm XF 56mm F1.2 R WR Features. The 56mm F1.2 lens is the first Fujifilm lens to include 11 aperture blades, which promises to deliver perfectly circular bokeh, even when shooting at mid-range apertures such as f/4 or f/5.6. As indicated by the WR in the lens name, this is a weather-resistant lens, making it ideal for outdoor use.

Fuji X-T2 with XF60mmF2.4 R Macro, ISO 1000, Focal length 60mm, Aperture f/2.8, Shutter 1/125. Pricing. For some, the XF100-400 is an elusive lens largely because of the unpalatable price, for others, it may just be elusive because Fujifilm picked the longest name in history, and people can't remember what it is when they go to camera stores.

The Fujifilm XF 50mm F1.0 R WR is bigger, bulkier and heavier than any other Fuji XF prime lens of a similar focal length. In fact, among all XF primes only the XF 200mm F2 is heavier or has a broader barrel, while only the 80mm, 90mm or 200mm primes are longer. (The 200mm F2 absolutely dwarfs the 50mm, though.) A review of the compact, lightweight, and affordable Fujifilm XF 35mm f/2 R WR with sample images from around the world. I review the Fuji XF 35mm f/2 and check the image quality and compare it to the more expensive XF 35mm f/1.4 R. The second 35mm in the Fuji X mount lineup is the Fujinon XF 35mm f/2.0 WR. This is the one I decided to get and the one I am writing about today. What I like: Size and weight – this lens is tiny and light. It easily fits into a pocket and barely takes up space in a camera bag. Because of this, the 35mm f/2 WR is a staple in my travel kit.

The Fujifilm XF 50-140mm f/2.8 R LM OIS WR is up there with the sharpest lenses Fujifilm has on offer. The 56mm f/1.2 and the 90mm f/2 are perhaps the sharpest Fujifilm lenses I have used, and the 50-140mm gives them a run for their money across the entire zoom range. The corners are perhaps a tad soft at f/2.8 but you have to look to see it.
