Realize this response might be a bit dated, but, hopefully will provide some reassurance. Last May and wife and I did a B2B2B totalling 17 nights in a Britannia Club Cabin (in one of the newer ones) . We both use a CPAP and had no challenges. Our cabin steward was most helpful supplying distilled water.

To be honest @Minnie29 I would say the answer to your question is no. Currently on QE and in Britannia however did a four night to Scotland in Britannia Club as there was only a £25 difference in price so in this case it was well worth it. Yes the Britannia Club dining room was lovely, service was excellent however minus a few specials
