I have 116 drivers and 25 Garages, my problem is that I cannot expand anymore as there is no more drivers to hire, I have discoverd all the recruitment agents and there is no more drivers to hire if you cant hire anymore drivers thats it really, I have gone as far as I can which is a shame,.And no i dont have any mods installed either. Lately, I have been looking in my garage economy summary and saw that I am losing money from my driver. Then I looked at his logs and saw that he makes 4000€, but I pay him 5000€.
Hey Earthlings, Just started playing Euro Truck Sim 2 (Off Steam) today and the game said I recieved a small garage. How do I find my garage? Driver B: 3pts in Value, 3 in Fragile, 2 ADR, no Long Distance. Average time per job: 0.5 days. Average profit: between 1k and 2,5k (every 0.5 days) so while the Long Distance skill sure makes a lot of money, it takes a long time to get it while the rest of the skills can make almost the same amount of money, but with a better rate, which is Patience. Drivers with really low starting skills will acquire the first few points really quickly - unless you've placed their garage near a ferry port, in which case they may be spending all of their time as a passenger rather than a driver, XP only comes from driving, but after that the development slows down. #7.

I have 2 profiles in each game with many drivers (100+) in each and the drivers you can hire with higher levels are always different. Also when you add drivers (with game update or mod), they are totally random in terms of skills.

1. Make a new profile in single player. 2. Complete the first 2 or 3 loads ( this way you can take a loan for your truck ) 3. Save the game once you have your very own truck. 4. Load ATS/ETS2 and find a place to sleep or quick travel ( your HQ/Rest Stop/Service Station ) 5.
So I have 21 empty trucks and I cannot hire anymore drivers that sucks. We should at least be able to hire as many drivers as we have empty garage slots. This game ATS is only maybe half way done now to completing all of the USA and I was looking forward to growing my company and drivers larger with every new state added.
A Workshop Item for Euro Truck Simulator 2. By: KaRei. Increases the number of drivers to hire to 570. This mod is made as an expansion to AvMark's additional drivers mod, which already provides about 500 drivers to hire. You can use both of these mods to get more drivers.
This has been discussed before, but not in quite a while. The driver limit has really put a damper on the experience for me. I've been working for a while now on owning all the garages in the game. About half way through, however, the recruitment agency stops offering new drivers. Why would I care to go for the "Own all the garages in the game."
Yes it's fun, but you wont make _that_ big money with your own trailer. As far as i can see, the payout for any contract is almost the same, if you use the contractors trailer, or your own. I see not really a difference. I'm thinking perhaps this is similar to spending $30,000 on a custom paint job. You basically can't control how they use the trailer. (you can set it to private of course, so they don't use it at all) I usually have not more than 3 in a garage with 5 drivers. The way they use it is more or less random, but when a trailer is available they very often pick it. They also sometimes leave it in the garage and another driver

Regarding the trailers, I've no real feedback, the concensus being that ownable trailers should earn you more but the rumor is that they earn as much as the others, maybe less (disregarding the ' bug '). Again, take this lightly but the weekly productivity could improve up to 3-4%, aka peanuts for a 0.8 - 1.7.

You can hire the entire driver pool having discovered just a single agency, although actually doing so would be an interesting logistical challenge.

in the first beginning, i just take orders as a hired driver myself :) after that i earn money to buy my first simple truck. but i didn't have enough to buy more trucks (3 in the beginning) for my first garage. at that point i loan some money from the bank so that i actually can buy 3 trucks and hire drivers for the trucks. my entire save folder is 135 meg.. #8. the game only has 340 drivers (including you) that you can hire, DLCs dont add drivers to the game, they are all in the base game Euro Truck Simulator 2, so if you have 1.36 then you can only have 339 drivers working for you
